How it works

(in 4 simple steps)

Step 1

Book a consultation so that we can chat about your plans, get to know each other a bit, and I can answer any questions you have.

Step 2

One month before your wedding date, I'll go over ALL of your plans with you step by step to make sure that every detail is covered.

Step 3

One week before your wedding, we'll finalize your timeline and vendor list, go over any changes, and make sure everything is ready!

Step 4

All your hard work is paying off! This is the day that you spend time with your wonderful family and friends. I’ll handle all the rest.

Hey, I'm Quierra!

Since we're friends now, feel free to call me Q.

I'm a professional event planner with 5 years of experience. I've done over 100 events to date ranging from birthday parties to fundraising galas that bring in multiple-six figures. So, when it comes to  your day-of wedding needs, I've got your back!

I know the process of planning your wedding can be super overwhelming (where do you even start?!). It's so easy to get caught up in the details and stress of putting it all together. And while every wedding looks different, at the end of the day, I've found that what most couples really want is to be able to celebrate love, joy, and happiness with the people that matter most.

I’m here to take care of the details so that you can focus on cherishing those special moments with loved ones.

FUN FACTS: When not geeking out about events, you can usually find me curled under a blanket with a book. I love dogs (the bigger the better), dance, purple, and Harry Potter.

Answers to FAQs

How do I know if hiring a day-of coordinator is right for me?

I'm always going to be honest with you, so lets start now. Plenty of couples don't end up hiring a day-of coordinator for their wedding. However, having a professional to help get you organized ahead of time, is experienced planning events, and can quickly fix any issues that happen (because something will always go wrong) can be a huge time-saving relief. Plus, you don't want to be so stressed out about everything going right the day of your wedding that you end up missing the whole thing!

What if my venue already has an event planner?

Great! Most venues usually have an on-site planner. However, this person is usually in charge of making sure the venue’s needs are taken care of. For example, a venue coordinator is a great resource to help you create a floorplan, but their job description doesn’t always include helping you set up your decorations, solving problems for guests, or making sure that vendors arrive on time. It’s always good to have your own planner who will look out for your best interest first and can work with the venue coordinator to bring your vision to life.

How much is the investment to hire you?

My day of coordination services start at $800. Once we chat more about your wedding, I’ll be able to provide you with an exact estimate that meets your needs. In our time working together, I will put my extensive event planning experience to work by getting you ready for your big day and making sure you can enjoy every moment of it!

How early can/should I book ahead?

I accept reservations up to one year in advance. I pride myself in providing tbe best client experience possible, so once we’re booked, I will not have any other weddings the same week as yours.
